What’s in a name
Salt makes food taste great. It brings out the flavour and makes your dinner sing. Without it, ingredients never reach their full potential.
And that’s where we got our name. Salt Consulting exists to make your business the best it can be.
I established Salt Consulting in 2024, having spent the previous 10 years helping individuals and companies unlock their full potential: initially as a coach with the award-winning Spear programme and then as a management consultant at KPMG. We bring a pragmatic, optimistic approach to all projects, unpicking the nitty gritty and building strategies for success.

That’s where Salt comes in. We’re here to be the trusted advisor, the analyst who helps you work out the right way forward. We’ll work with you to understand the heart of your business and to develop a strategy that delivers.
PROCESS
In the intensity of setting up a new business, processes are built for the moment, not the long term. Then you grow and the processes are never optimised for this new chapter of your business. You manage, and that’s great, up to a point.
But processes can be brilliant - not something you put up with, but a quiet assurance that all is working as it should.
We’re here to make your processes effective and efficient so that you and your team can focus on the main event.
CULTURE
Developing a great place to work is hard, but getting it right builds legacy.
We love business culture! We could talk about it all day. Whether you like it or not, you’re already creating a culture at your business and it’s impacting your team, your clients and your bottom line. It might be great, it might be terrible or it might just be something you’ve never thought about.
